Our Mission
The mission of Rochester Area Handbells is to promote musical excellence in handbells, providing artistic challenge and growth opportunities for ringers, and expanding understanding and appreciation of the art form for audiences in Southeast Minnesota.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts & cultural heritage fund.
